How long did you cook the ham hock for before you cooked it with the cabbage? I bet you could cook this in the pressure cooker- I do my collard greens in there with a ham hock and they are so delicious and so much faster! Just throwing that out there- not trying to step on anyone’s toes. I can hear Auntie Fee cussing me out for trying to tell her what to do. 🤣🤣🤣. Ohhh, how we all miss her. Thanks for keeping her legacy going! 💖💖💖
