I actually use the water from my pressure cooked 'smoked neckbones' It it ALWAYS banging.... Olive oiled neck bones and-just Onion Powder, Garlic Powder, smoked paprika, liquid smoke, a light dash of himalayan salt and some pepper.. ;) Once the bones are cooked, just pour that liguid in a pot and add the cabbage cook for 20 min. low heat.. ;)

Looks good. That's what I'm about to cook now. I have my smoked turkey necks boiling now. I'm make sum hot water cornbread and fried pork chops. I have a friend that says he doesn't like cabbage so I'ma add sum brussel sprouts when the cabbage is almost done. I cut up a little jalapeno pepper in mine. Great video.

My mouth literally started to water when I saw the onions and garlic starting to cook. If it was legal in Oklahoma I'd consider taking a grilled bowl of onions, peppers, and garlic as a second wife.
