Very helpful video. I applaud your own labor that went into this and surely that saved you money. I’m an architect and intimately involved in the residential building industry for 30 years and it surprises me how uninformed people are regarding building costs. $300/sf for a house of this quality is quite reasonable, especially since it appears you built this recently when prices are at a historical high.
