This used to be a railway for trains. In the '70s it became part of the museum tram line. I also would like to see this used by regular public transport. But there are enough other bus and tram lines in the area. Therefore this old railway can stay a museum tram line.

Do you know maybe something about the 12g and 11g trams being handed out to museums in europe from amsterdam? I know there is one at the Hannocer tram museum, but i think some others were given to museums.

Yes that's right. I have a list for you what happened with the only four remaining trams of these series. 11G 904: Transported to a tram museum in Hannover. 11G 919: In the driving collection of the Electric Museum tram line of Amsterdam. It's not driving that often because it would be to modern to take tourists on a journey. 12G 820: In the driving collection of the Electric Museum tram line of Amsterdam. It's nog driving that often because it would be to modern to take tourists on a journey. 12G 822: Also still in Amsterdam. The interior has been removed to convert this tram in to a driving restaurant. That project is now on hold and it's far from sure if it will be continued.

@@Spoor4 WOW, thanks so much! The 822 is very important for me because I was having a ride on it with my grandparents, i'm very glad it's preserved. When you said that "the last remaining" you ment these are the only ones that didn't get scrapped? Or are there still some other ones awaitong better Times at one of the depos?

@@vectronik It's the first thing. These four are the only ones dat have not been demolished. Originally the 904 would also be scrabbed but it was saved before it would be transported for demolition.

This tram is from 1929. It went out of service in 1968. I can't drive on this tram, but there was a driver from the museum organization. Thank you for watching and your kind response.
