There is a crossover before Raffles Place which allows train to cross over from NSL to EWL

The train stopped there because it cannot move to Newton as there's a fire. There's also no service from MRB to JE.

Giggity Goebbels Green Line - East West Line. Yes, you can cross over to the opposite end of the platform to the East West Line as well as City Hall
