Cable tester 線材測試儀器 8740 操作說明operating instruction (益和 MICROTEST)

1. create a new file and setting file name.
2. insert 2 sides cable DUT to 8740 to make a loop. left side is A port, right side is B port.
3. press "learn" button from the front panel, as you can see screen A01 to B01, A02 to B02.......etc;
and you also can see this cable is 26Nets, 56PINs.
4. Then press "mode " button from the front panel, the click "Test Item". The measurement items of 8740 cable or harness tester have (1) Open/Short;(2) Conductance; (3) Components; (4) AC Hipot; (5) DC insulation/ Hipot; (6) Quick conductance (7) Intermittence O/S, and (8) Quick Intermittence open circuit. Select test items that you want to measure.
5. Setting Conductance to 2.5Ω, the cable resistance must less than 2.5Ω, the the DUT will be Good product, if higher than 2.5Ω the DUT will be defective product.
6. Setting HV, the setting value depend on customer
7. Press "test" the screen will show conductance value, O/S test, hipot test, insulation test and intermittence test status.
8. Press "test" again, and swing wire or cable, than shows fail. because A02 to B02 Intermittence Open. (5:00 mins)

Can you please upload English version of this video.I am writing from India and we have some 25 Microtest Cable Harness Testers 8740 and we are facing many difficulty in understanding the setup and the local support team is not helping us to get the things resolved.Hope I can get some support.
