My family introduced me to Sam’s KZbin channel at a gathering where my sister served his carne asada cup of noodles. Three knives, the new cookbook, and dozens of meals served to my fiancé later, and I’m now trying to convince her to let us vacation in San Diego to try Not Not Tacos, Graze, and Samburgers. Since I don’t think that’s happening anytime soon, something about a honeymoon we have to go on, getting a garlic press would be the next best thing, and make my day, week, and month!

I'm getting DEpressed to see how much garlic you get out of 1 clove using that press, with the "shell" and all. Great idea... However, that pizza dough is shit... Well, you might be able to shit it out eventually after your stomach stops cramping... With that little/non-time for proofing, it's better for arts and crafts than eating. It will have ZERO flavour and incredibly difficult/painful to digest - you are basically eating puffed raw flour.

that ice cube trick is genius. it keeps the crust moist and by the time the outer crust is done, the ice cubes have melted into hot water which combines with the cheese. i’m sure this could be applied to all kinds of pizza creations!
