Thank you this video. It saved me time and money on an emergency last minute Cowboy themed cupcake run for today. It’s super easy and they turned out great!

They are beautiful!, I was wondering if using the freezing technique, you eliminated the meringue?

Hi Diane. My apologies for such a late response. I use an American buttercream for this video, so it doesn’t include any meringue. Hope this helps answer your question!

I want to do a similar design for my carrot cupcakes and I was wondering if I can do this with cream cheese icecream too.

Hi. Your piping skills are beautiful. Just wanted to ask. Do you freeze the cactus and the other green plants before you put them onto the cupcake? And will they soften up after ?
@CookieSweets Жыл бұрын
Hi Karen, Thank you so much for your kind words! I usually place them in the fridge/freezer for 10-15 minutes to allow them to firm up and then transfer them to the cakes or cupcakes. The frosting will soften up again once it reaches room temperature 😊
