Never knew you could do multiple fillet commands at one time. I have always had 3 or 4 fillets on my timeline and hated the look of it. Love new tricks. Thanks so much!

For better strength, print with the topside touching the printer bed. 3d printers have better layer adhesion when you reduce the unsupported overhang angle. Also, use chamfers more around areas touching the build plate. You can control the overhang angles.

10:10: interesting, because I discovered your channel thanks to a tutorial where you advised that making construction lines is a good modelling habit and we should not forget it.

Love the Modelling lessons and have learned a heap by watching them. Modelling for 3D printing you need to consider the manufacturing process as part of the model and the limitations it imposes. Overhangs to 45 degrees (or more) are fine and for best strength this model should have been printed standing on it's top face not it's back. A small 5 or 6mm brim would help make sure it stays stuck to the bed.

Hi Lars, I have learned a lot from your videos, keep it going👍 This time I got different idea how I would have modeled the v opening by using press pull by rectanglefrom the side to have the edge of the slot to be sharp edge, and have the groove bottom sharp as well.

I'd try to avoid filleting the edges touching the print bed as you will get overhangs that are too steep to print cleanly.
