Hi Lars, I have exactly the same question as Paul and I think you didn't cover the tricky part we are having difficulty with. The full tang blade profile splits the sculpted handle scales and the sculpted parts need the exact same outline where they meet the blade. Is there a way to make that part of the handle exactly follow the blade?

Nick Martin Hello Nick, I was about to make a similar comment. I don’t think Lars fully understood the question. I know what you want to do, and yes there is a way. I don’t exactly recall off the top of my head, but I’ll see if I can find it. As I remember, there is a sort of snapping function. I’ll let you know if I find it.

@@WorksbySolo Extruding from a sketch profile sort of works, but never quite matches all the curves - even with a high number of faces and the spacing set to curvature. Maybe I will just have to modify the sketch a bit to match the sculpted scales.

Nick Martin Found it!! Under the “modify” menu, it’s the “match” function. It helps to have an appropriate number of subdivisions that is similar to the amount of details in the sketch shape. Be sure to adjust the “tolerance” setting. That makes it fit better. Please let me know if this works for you.
