Dear sir, We are in pressures vessel industry where we make many miter bend, above videos shows how to make the elbow, but it doesn’t show the orientation of weld seams, for each part there will be a separate weld joint and each joint must be away from each other. It will be great help if You how to do it. Thanks a lot for your great helpful videos, I am learning a lot from it.

Excellent. I have a job I'm bidding that will require exactly this. Now, how would you measure what the outside radius of the elbow is if you're trying to re-create an existing one? Same typical way you'd measure a corner radius on any given object? Or is there anything special when it comes to a segmented elbow like this?

I recommend you to choose the hole face, and then convert entities, then trim additional lines and keep the edge you want to choose.
