Cadence Capsules: Are these travel containers worth buying? + Detailed Review

I do like Cadence capsules a lot. However, do y'all think I'm being a bit picky about the price? Considering they are a sustainable brand? 🤔Let me know your thoughts in the comments. Thank you for watching! 💕 UPDATE!!: Cadence will be discontinuing their original capsule line. 😞 Unfortunately, I do not have any more details on that. I am sad to see it go as I truly love the original line and think they're so great for shorter trips. So go get them if you want the original capsules too! I think they are a bit pricey too for the sizing. I wish they had a wider variety of sizing and I would be more intrigued.

I’ve used them in London to go through security. I travel with 8-12 and they usually fit. You just have to make sure you don’t bring a lot of other liquids, that are separate. I’ve been using the capsules for years. Love them.

I purchased 3 for 14 each around 8 months ago and I love them. I only use them for face cleanser, face moisturizer and face sunscreen. They can hold enough to last me through a 2 week trip. I use a combo of Go Toob silicone containers(lotion, shampoo, conditioner), tiny Nalgene bottles(mouth wash), tiny glass body with spray top( I put in some everclear with a couple drops of essential oil to freshen body or clothes in a pinch). I love using sustainable containers and my candence containers have come on 1 international and 5 or so weekend trips so far. No spills and I pop them in the dishwasher topper top rack when I get home. I love your channel! You hooked me when you mentioned a luggage rack. I purchase one for my guest room a while ago 😂

Aren't they so great?! I like to use them with other containers as well. I just put mine in the dishwasher for the first time...game changer! hahaha YES to the luggage rack!! Great review! I've been shopping for a new travel pill case and these keep getting recommended to me, but they're a bit rich for my blood, lol! For traveling with liquids, I love the Humangear GoTubbs - they are lightweight, strong, easy to use and clean, and I've never had a leak :)

Hi Leah!! Oh good! I’m so glad! It can!! I put oil in mine all the time and have never had a problem. I did however have an issue with light leakage on one particular toner I was using. But I switched to another one and it was fine. 🤷🏾‍♀️💕

Hi Melanie!!! Hahaha all good! I used zip lock bags and old grocery bags for the longest! They come in handy so much when traveling right?! LOL Aww nooo!! I'm so sorry to hear that you got Covid. How are you feeling? I got it earlier this year too. I was def out for a few days but was able to recover. I hope you are recovering and resting well my friend! Oh, yes! I'm pretty sure I got the white containers at Target. If not there, then def Container Store. I love them because they are the max size and do not leak! 💕

I have them and love them too. Very bougee. The one problem I've had is sometimes I can't get the lid off. It's like it gets a vacuum that prevents me from opening.

Every one of the 12 I have had (the company replaced several). Cracked. The company is great about replacing but does not do the job of reducing the plastic in the environment.

They seem like they'd be ideal for cruises, since they're magnetic. I do like the color options. Although, clear might be a good one to add, as well, due to the strict security requirements of some countries. Also, thank you for suggesting them for rings, the magnets should be quite helpful if you drop any.

I agree! I’ve never tried them on a cruise but I think they’d be great for that. Clear would be such a cute option, I like that. Yes! I have one just for rings and it’s been working out really nicely! 💕

Love your videos. I'm a new subscribed. I've been wavering about purchasing Cadence Capsules - they seem just a tad too expensive even for this 'high-maintenance woman'. $76, on sale from a regular $84, just seems crazy for such a small item. But more importantly for me, I can't see how much product is in each capsule or how much product is left when I'm using them. Happy you like yours, but I'll stick to the Amazon favorites for now.

That’s a good question. I’m not sure. I’ve never tried it. I’d say it’s probably easier with the flex ones because of the material.

I’m a gram weenie at heart. I use dollar tree short “pots” that hold about the same volume as these, for $1.25 each. And much lighter weight.

These are cute and they seem to work well. They do seem expensive but by the time you go buy the mini travel sized items from the stores, you spend about the same. Heck how much do we spend in a typical Target run? 🤔. You know they have a $75 minimum cover charge!? 😂😂😂

😂😂😂😂This is a good point. I always walk into Target for two items and walk out having spent $100! 😂Yes, I do really like the cadence capsules and they work well for me. But I do think they may not be for everyone depending on how you pack and like to travel. 💕
