Sir, for estimating the static/hold power of SRAM cell during hold mode, is it appropriate to perform the transient analysis without giving any vpulse in cadence? Since without vpulse, we will be getting the constant static current line at every time interval.

Hi, this option is if Cadence does not provide the gpdk. Then use the model file for simulations.

sir, if we have an AC sine source can we calculate dynamic power for the same? but as u took this direct average value of current and voltage wave for the ac source should we take the power factor too if yes then how can we take it as the phase difference between 2 waveforms in cadence
