It's a great vehicle, but I could see some issues with maneuvering it through tight European city centers. However, if I ever get stupid rich I'll buy one as Europe vacation vehicle just to flex 😂

The Escalade is overall the better luxury vehicle. It rides better and is quieter than the GLS, while offering significantly more space. But if you're looking for fun, the GLS580 will be much more dynamic. I'd go Escalade, but if you don't have another car that's more fun (assuming you're looking for that) then the GLS might be a good choice too.

Had 2011 & 14 gl and 2020 Escalade esv. Escalade much more practical especially when u use for family roadtrip. Fits all the luggages. The only minor complaint is that gl has a smoother ride.

i have a gl 550 2011 just love, love, love it , super smooth 382 hp out of a 5.5l engine no turbo ,i have sport mode too ,and gets great mileage ,7 speed not to thirsty very impressive for a suv truck,

The Mercedes-Benz had air suspension and panoramic roof in 2013 the Cadillac didn't get it until 2021 i beat a Cadillac escaldeV with 1,023 miles 4 times in a row in my 2016 GL 63 amg with 85k miles , on 35.5 inch gladiator tires on 20,s with 4 12,s in the trunk only thing i got aftermarket is exhaust and 20 inch rims cuz its harder finding tires for 21s that came on it ,the Cadillac slow in real life my truck 6,034 lbs i took it on a scale with the amps music and new tires and the caddy only 100 lbs more i bet it by more than a full car length every raced we raced 4 times on video amd i left it in comfort i cant put it in sport mode cuz the tires rub ,trust the gm truck is junk in real life

The Cadillac is slow i raced one 4 times on a nice rosd in my 2016 gl 63 and beat it all 4 timesand lect my truck in comfort every time i cant put it in sport cuz of my aftermarket gladiator tires that ruck big ugly and junk

I would take the Escalade, there were so many more of them produced vs GLS. Repair of GLS would get higher toll
