Cadillac Fleetwood Lowrider: Dedicated to Kita Lealao, USO Car Club Founder

This Cadillac Fleetwood Lowrider breaks necks and messes up traffic. It's the perfect Lowrider, one that even Kita Lealao commented, "that's a beautiful Cadillac."
Join us as we take you behind the scenes with an USO Car Club member and discuss what it's like to own a Lowrider, the importance of family and brotherhood, and the impact that the late Kita Lealao had on a torn community in the early '90's.
Justin Herndon's 1994 Cadillac Fleetwood Lowrider is painted in House of Kolor's Hot Pink Pearl. It features a multitude of modifications, including a Legacy Products 44x55 sliding rag, E&G Castle Grill, 5th wheel, and gold and chrome wire wheels.
The engine is a stock LT1 engine outfitted with custom chrome covers on brake booster, chrome core support, and matching paint corvette valve covers. Underneath the car has chrome upper and lower a-arms, chrome upper and lower trailing arms, and chrome rear end.
The car has a 2-pump hijacker hydraulic set up with 6 paint-matching batteries. In the trunk it has a full-sized 5th wheel and paneling to match the interior. Interior is two-tone tan leather with alligator inserts. All doors have custom kick panels with Rockford Fosgate 6.5" speakers. The rear dash features custom fiberglass housing two JL Audio 12-inch subs.
In the rear floor board, they have installed the amps with custom floor boards wrapped with alligator leather. The front and rear dash are color matched with the exterior. Finally, select interior pieces have been hydro dipped with $100 bill print.
We dedicate this episode to Kita S. Lealao Jr., a Los Angeles Samoan who erased the lines of diversity by turning the Lowrider culture into a loving and supportive community. Named after the Samoan term for "blood brothers", the USO Car Club (aka UCE) became an International movement to bring all walks of life together to celebrate beautiful cars, family, and brotherly love for one another.
