Cadillac OEM "Interlocking" Floor Mats .. Fail AGAIN ??

Damn, sorry for the loss of your friend. That sucks! I lost my older brother back in February. He was dealing with kidney failure for years and then it caused him to have congestive heart failure. It sucks so much. Motorcycles are so dangerous even if you are doing everything right. My dad used to ride when he was a young adult and a old lady ran a light and ran him over. He gave up the motorcycles after that. My cousin was rune over as well by an old lady and he had to be in a full body cast. He ditched the motorcycles after that too. My prayers go out to his family that God may bring them some peace and comfort during this tough time in their lives. 🙏🏼

yeah I'm not a fan AT ALL :O Tuxmat is sending me a replacement front mat to try and I also just bought a full set of cocoa colored weathertechs to try lol God help me

I bought Tuxmats for my Dodge Charger awhile back, I love em'. I'm still waiting on them to get the truck mat in stock.

I want my Tuxmats to work so bad lol their customer service is great though they are sending me a replacement driver side mat to see if that's the issue so when that comes I'll be checking and praying BUT in the meantime I just ordered a full set of coca colored weathertechs to try lol

@@HonestlyOCD Yeah it's strange how that Tuxmat fit on your driver side on the Escalade. I get why they probably opted to have that flap over-hang to protect that plastic step area. Not my favorite design though. On my Dodge Charger, the Tuxmats fit so snug and nice, and everything looks super clean, I absolutely love them. Do a video on the Weathertechs when you get them. Those have never been my favorite, just wondering if they'll be too "industrial" work truck looking for an Escalade. Take care

I'd keep the front ones and use a different pair for the back. I had weathertec on my 21 suburban, and the 2 piece back part sucks. It should be one piece. After 3 years it needs to be replaced. I wonder if the interlocks was glued together. 🤷🏻‍♂️🤷🏻‍♂️

I know it’s a different shape and design, but I’ve had these interlocking Chevy ones in my Trail Boss for 3 years and love them. Zero issues at all and wayyy easier to clean and keep looking new than my old WeatherTech. Also just ordered these for our ‘22 XT6 and they are all one piece with no interlocks so I think that design would be much better for the Escalade also! Idk why they didn’t just do that.

I’ve had like 2 or 3 sets of those interlocking mats in Tahoes and Suburbans that I’ve purchased since 2021 and they are absolute junk. I thought about gluing them together in my most recent Tahoe to see if they work. Haha.
