Thank you for another informative and thoughtful review. Nice enough watch, but it puzzles me why anyone would buy this when the watch it's copying is perfectly affordable. I'd much rather have "seiko" on my wrist than "cadisen."

I guess affordable depends on everyone’s circumstances, this does have sapphire crystal and more water resistance, but it’s a fair point. Thanks for watching

@@gorillasinthewrist Fair play. I suppose one would have to weigh the advantages you spotlight against brand recognition and resale value. But realistically, hardlex crystal and 100M WR is more than fine for 99% of watch wearers.

Nice watch, good review 👍. I think the 40mm size is great on this, and agree that orange dial is stunning. I would have to remove the cyclops if I bought one. Other reviewers complained about the lack of lume pip, but it isn't really going to be used as a dive tool, so that doesn't bother me.

Morning, it actually wears smaller than you’d think. Like you I’m not a fan of the cyclops, it ruins the side on view. The point about the lume pip is quite funny as he 5kx this homages doesn’t have one, it also costs 5 times as much, only has 100m WR and no Sapphire! Coincidence, I bought that watch during the March sale. Your right, your camera does not show the sunburst on that dial. It is astounding. Lume sucks,LOL

It’s quite something, need a macro lens. Not a fan of BGW9, I don’t think it works well on affordable watches. Thanks for watching

I picked up the exact same watch. Yes I is a looker, and I was a bit surprised by how small the watch is. The strap is on the verge of being too long. I had to remove every link for it to fit my 7 inch wrist. I do like the cyclops, this has no complaint from me. I have QC issues with mine. I have a lot of bezel bounce, ie when you press down on the bezel, it bounces a lot. I have been wearing this for at least 2 weeks now, which for me is a long time.

The size was a surprise but a pleasant one. For my wrist the bracelet was the perfect size (gorilla sized)! The cyclops works fine I just prefer to not have them and my only problem with the bezel is a tiny misalignment, so it’s exactly the same as the 5 KX! Thanks for watching
