ఫీజు వాపస్ ఇవ్వడం కాదు కదా. 10th class మార్క్ షీట్ మెమో కూడా కాలేజీల దగ్గరే ఉంచుకుంటున్నారు. విద్యార్థి అదే కాలేజీలో లాక్ అయ్యే విధంగా చేస్తున్నారు.అడిగిన ఇవ్వటం లేదు. విద్యార్థుల మెమోలు విద్యా సంస్థల ఉంచుకోకూడదని ప్రభుత్వం పత్రికా ప్రకటన ఇవ్వాలి. ప్రభుత్వ నిబంధనలు పాటించని కాలేజీల పై తగు చర్య తీసుకోవాలి.
