biggest takeaway is his record in bed is 5 mins 6 secs. Smart catch by the crew

Caleb is great role model and leader. Not only does he have an insane work ethic with a godly physique, but he’s a student who never acts like he knows everything, rather learns as much as he can showing great respect for the sport of swimming
@bp68772 жыл бұрын
This was FANTASTIC! Goes to show that a premium physique is not merely the product of pool work, but also of a lot of strength and resistance training at the gym! This guy was/is a phenomenal athlete even before he hit(s) the water! Very inspirational!
@timcollins82142 жыл бұрын
I once held my breath for 4.5 minutes at the bottom of the pool. It was the last time I ever did a breath hold in the water. A lifeguard or anyone else for that matter wouldn't know the difference between conscious and unconscious just by watching. How long until someone comes to get you? Take Caleb's advice on this one.

He’s not 6’3, I’d say he’s more 6 ft or 6’1. Kristof Milak is 6’2 or maybe 6’3 if I’m generous when I met him and Caeleb is clearly shorter than him. I went to the world juniors and most of the Americans for some reason are put down as taller than they actually are online

If a smaller, diameter sphere: You could - lean sideways, and sht! Stretch - all them areas - and work more. 1:19.. Hence; stance - would be even - more expansive. sternum drivr! Hence; when tired: Light weight - land version strokes - feeds the muscles.

He needs to lose the muscle mass to swimm a faster 100. But for a 50.. more is better but you have to deal with the fact it gets harder to peak with age and more muscle.
