All great athletes share this mentality. Kobe Bryant said the same in his retirement speech at Staples Center. It's about the journey pushing through the bad days and the workouts when one doesn't feel like doing.

Yes consistency and hard work are really really important but plz also consider the factor of genetics, you're only giving false expectations to people by ignoring them. But I also agree with the fact that it is being done to motivate people and that's a great idea.

I think that depends , this guy is Abit muscular , look up a dude called Jack LaLane he pretty much inspired modern day bodybuilding without the steroids and we'll wasn't the biggest guy but he wasn't small either. Jack was also known for swimming besides doing calisthenics and bodybuilding .

@@thief9279 untrue. Some are dead symmetrical (mine for example) others are asymmetrical. Genetics 100% can’t be changed. They are the tendinous intersections. The vertical one is the linea alba. Basic stuff mate
