Andy doesn't need an Oscar to remind him how good he is at his work. Comments like yours is enough for him to know that acting (specifically, motion capture acting) is something he excels in. He's been doing it for years, and continues to do it in the future. If he does get an Oscar, great! But, he's never needed it, he's talented, and that's all there is to it.

Sully Uddin, still, an Oscar would do him justice, he is acting his ass off playing different species, he is goddamn amazing in these roles, especially as Caesar, one of the greatest characters ever put on screen, he can express so many feelings with just his eyes and facial expressions (OK, the animators are also great), how can the Academy not give him at least a nomination?
