Thank you for the wonderful up-to-date Bacchanal review! I'm really hoping they set the 90 min time limit with the idea that many guest would actually be there for 2 hours, and that they've factored that in. For $79 + tax, one should be able to enjoy the buffet experience without feeling stressed out and rushed. At a buffet that large, it takes up a lot of time just getting the food and getting it back to your table.

I frequented Bacchanal on the regular pre covid and went on Christmas Day for the 1st time since. Everything was just as good as I remember but the standouts to me were the lechon, brisket and the had a really good leg of lamb with some sort of cream sauce that was devine. Some people complain about the price but they're probably broke and should skip Vegas and head to Laughlin, me on the otherhand I eat double my money worth in crab legs and oysters so no complaints coming from me

The Bacchanal is a bucket list to do. You only live once. Years from now, you won’t remember the price but the experience. I eaten there for almost 2 hours. No one bothered me about the time. Service was excellent.

I have to say for $79 there are a lot of food items to choose from. The only thing missing was fried chicken, but with so many other options like the oriental stations and that pasta bar to go along with all you can eat meat and seafood it was well worth it. They even had boiled crawfish which in my home state is a big favorite. As far as those cajun shrimp which we are big on shrimp too I always pull off the head then hold the shrimp in one hand by my thumb and finger then use the other hand to peel them. Once you get the hang of it you will peel a shrimp in no time. We have a shrimp season and a crawfish season here so we learn at a young age the expertise of peeling them. As far as the time limit I guess maybe it gets pretty busy at certain times so if they would need to enforce it they could. I would think that would be a last resort Also the garlic bread with the pasta I get it. As far as the hot dog I remember another video where they came around to your table and offered it. Regardless of how you get it, there is no way I am passing up a Wagu hot dog. I might of got me 2 of those lol. Great Video!

My all time favorite buffet is Sterling Buffet, even though i have only been there once. But my close second and one i go to everytime i visit ( about 3 or 4 times a year) is Bacchannal

I could check so many things off my food bucket list at this buffet. Korean fried chicken, adobo, dim sum, not to mention all the seafood and the beef! Sterling Buffet used to be our favorite in Vegas, but I think this will be our new go-to buffet when we return.

Great video! On the crab claws, the shell is usually scored. If you take a dinner knife and put it in the scored part of the shell and twist, the shell comes apart really easy.

It's refreshing (but strange to my Southern girl eyes) to see people eating brisket with no BBQ sauce, crab legs with no drawn butter, prime rib with no horseradish sauce, etc - I never actually realized that I'm used to some kind of separate sauce or dip with every kind of meat until today!

I love a good seafood buffet and here in East Coast Australia (renowned for amazing fresh seafoods) the memorable smorgasborgs are a distant memory unless you want to travel long distances so thanks for making my mouth drool with envy. My technique is to smash the seafood hard you know a few dozen fresh oysters, scallops, mud crabs and bay bugs and other deliuctable hand made seafood delights. Then start on the meats and foods I love and can't made at home, not forgetting a few plates of choice desserts. Thanks for sharing.

I always went to Vegas and stayed at Wynn casino. They always comp my dinner for me and my wife for duration of our stay. This was in 2008 to 2011. I think the very last time I was there the price was 39.99. God help us the way the prices are going up and up.

For prawn peeling - leave head on to start - peel tail down to end of the tail but leave a little on at the end as a handle - then pull the tail out of the body of the prawn.
