Nice work. Just got myself a 79 honda Cm400 t with 10,000 original miles. Looking at doing a tracker/scrambler but without cutting the frame so it can always be returned to original.

Most of the parts I got were from 4into1.com (it's a great parts website for building older bikes), Texavina for the seat, and the rest was random stuff off amazon to be honest lol. If there's certain things you have in mind I can try to track them down. Let me know! 👊🍻

They are just generic ones I got off Amazon :) Measure the fork tube diameter and search for fork tubes based off that diameter. 👍

What did you end up doing for the choke mount and the ignition mount?

I mounted the choke with the handlebar mount bolt. The ignition was mounted next to the speedometer with a bracket
