You are perfectly on time :D Thank you so much! It was very intentional to make this hotel very different from the Boutique Hotel in terms of interior. Something more relatable to European cities hostels (not sure if the same concept exists in other places).

I really like this remake, which is very successful and well executed. The instructions are not too expensive. You've managed to bring out the essence of Café Corner while modernizing it since its release in 2007. I personally couldn't get hold of it, as I was two years old when it came out.

:) I am checking your channel after a comment argument elsewhere. This concept of modernized rebuilds of old modulars is really great! In very lego spirit. I enjoyed a lot, very good job. I immediately start thinking about the design of the coffee sign. Could using the new ski 99774 with white round plates with holes between them work, I wonder? But then, you have made your own modern solution which is looking a bit big from close-up but maybe more iconic from distance. I wouldnt change it once my eyes got used to it.

The first set 99774 appears in White was only released this year. With the amount of parts I see currently available on Bricklink, I would have probably consider it. Recently when working on the Green Grocer I also thought that I should have been more bold and try to do a bigger brick built yellow cup. I think it would match more the current Modular style.

I actually played sometime with that idea, trying to come up with something, but never managed to build something acceptable.

@@JRodonBricks Yeah after I watched your video I checked the brick build parrot(?) from the last creator pirate set. 11 pieces but it is still big and rough for a statue on a modular. I am hoping for a gray owl mold, or the beautiful baby dragon to reappear in light b gray. There is also a new baby dragon with wings open, that would be great for a statue but it is only in pearl gold for now.

Not sure if I will do it as I have the original one. Also is still not that more expensive to get one in the aftermarket, and it relies a lot on prints in the windows, which there is no way to properly replace. A tough one!

I love it, but I' decised to cut down on modulars. The hotel was the latest one for me. Great work though!

Thank you so much! I can understand that. Every year I make very hard decisions regarding budget, space and all that. But I still have the goal of building a LEGO city and including all the modular buildings. So they keep being top priority for me.
