Frame Loop LED tail light integration and new idea for turn signal shock mounts. CB650 Cafe Racer

Episode 5 of our CB650 Cafe Racer project. We continue working on the subframe and made a neat little part to hold the tail light and weld it into the frame. We also made a shock mount to hold the Motogadget Blaze Pin LED turn signals.

Looks great! As a welder/fabricator though, turn the pulse off on the welder and feather the pedal as needed. The pulse on the machine is unnecessary especially when tacking things up.

Man Devin. Been watching this build and i love the ingenuity. Would this hoop with the taillight housing and shock mount and blinkers be available if we called for that same custom order?

Another great video Devin!👍🏻 Nice to see a new idea for hoop lighting besides an LED strip. It looks sharp! Hiding the wiring through those studs into the frame blew my mind🤯Think I would by 2 taillights in case one burns out in the future…if the exact replacement wasn’t available you’d have to install a new hoop?🤷🏻‍♂️
