And this video will probably show you, one of the best cafe racers in the world based in this model.
It was labeled by Honda CX 500 GTS, which are the initials of George, Thierry, and Sasha, a cafe racer project by Sacha Lakic Design, and his friends at the Honda Center Nord, in Luxembourg.

Having been a GL 500 Silverwing owner back in the 80's, I recognize the wonder that this engine is. No small wonder it makes it with the cafe crowd. The engine is never lacking for it's size given it's lack of displacement. Good to see new life given to these machines.

Im so glad I Stumbled across Racer T.V.!!! By Far one of..... Actually This IS my favorite KZbin Channel on Cafe Motorcycles! The Best of the Best right here! Also, I really like the Red anodized forks on this bike in the video... its really making me want to go find a CX500 just to build my own Cafe...lol....Seriously!! Or an older BMW with a Boxer type Engine, Because I just love Cafes that has there Engine as the Center piece.. . If you understand what I mean? The CX500s VTwin has a Unique look and is shaft driven too!! And BMW Boxer Engines are different and Unique as well and Im basically saying these Unique Engines go really well with Cafe Builds.

+Keylla Campelo Pois é. Aí é que está a grande vantagem dos motores de cilindros em V. Mas isso também depende do Ângulo entre os cilindros. Se reparar, os melhores roncos deste tipo de motores são as Ducati, Moto Guzzi, e também esta Honda CX 500. Todas estas motas têm em comum o ângulo de 90 graus entre os Cilindros. E isso faz muita diferença. :) Um abraço.

That is actually one of the more original and interesting CX 500 projects I've seen. Most suffer from keeping the ugly loop rear frame and cheap looking factory wheels. This is so extensively modified there's not much Honda left except the engine assembly. I do wonder if this was designed to be ridden. I don't see turn signals, kick stand or air filters. Giveaways that this is destined to be furniture, not a daily rider. Still nice to see a CX 500 done with proper wheels and tires and no stupid pipe wrap.

I have a 81 CX with a worked 650 in the bike. CBX 750 front end 16 inch front wheel and the bike is unbelievable in the corners and also the CX has unlimited ground clearance so you can never scrape anything. On the track the others are on the deck with pegs and pipes and bodywork and I just go around them on the out side and they say how can you lean it so far over.
