Could you please please make a video regarding how to overcome fear of drawing or painting, meaning fear of failure in art? I feel that it is an especially prominent and important topic for artists and I as someone who wants to be an artist have been struggling with that recently. I would love to hear your views and maybe some advice on how to move past it.

I think this is what Caro is talking about in this video - taking time and not feeling fear or failure. The more time we take for ourselves in ‘rest’ the stronger we become. Why do you feel fear? What do you view as failure? Are you concerned about others judging you? Take the time for yourself like Caro has suggested. She is a wise woman spreading really good advice.

Thank you sharing, Caro!! :D My husband and I used to sleep at very different timings too but we realised that we can't fully fall asleep without each other's presence. So recently we talked about it and came to a conclusion to rest together every night. As both of us had upside schedule when we were younger, we want to tune our body clocks back to its natural state. We used to sleep at 3am and wake up at 11am/12pm sorta thing, and that lasted for a good almost 15 years of our lives. Super hard habit to break but we are working on it! And I just want to say you and Ivo are lovely! Take care beautiful!!

Love this video, I agree a night time routine is so important. I wanted to share an infusion I drink at night. Hibiscus flower, lavender and sometimes a little chamomile. That with a hot bath or shower I sleep like a dream. Oh also I love to knit before bed. I loved this video.

I do a lot of the same things that you do before going to bed. Oils & massage is my main thing. Sometimes I reaf, but mostly I write something that's coming through my mind. I don't use any citrus oil on my skin when it's daylight, because they're photo toxic. So when it's daylight I try to protect my skin from UV rays. I also air out my bedroom before going to bed as well as waking up

Love your advice and philosophy. I have just come to that conclusion myself and I am at least 30 years older than you. This constant pressure, even if it is a silent pressure, to do more, to have more, that we are not enough has caused many of us to crash, to be deeply unhappy. I do believe that as scary as this current pandemic is, it gives us pause to think about what we really want in life. Thanks you Caro, so wise 🙏🏽💕🌟

I really resonated with appreciating what we have with our bodies, it’s calming that you also pointed it out too, about looking at yourself and acknowledging and feeling grateful for the bodies we have . As a child when I used to see this man who had no legs in my small hometown in México, and see how hard he had to struggle to get around , I always felt bad for him, but it also made me thankful for the body parts that I still had, I would look at my body in detail and thanked it for still being a part of me, and providing me the ease to run and draw and do, the things that I know others sometimes don’t get to do. And I lost that view along the way as I got older because of life, but thanks to Finding your channel now 2 years later , I found my way back to myself again and welcoming myself now in my 20s. ❤️ ASI que gracias un millón por tus videos y sabiduría !!!!

Dreaming 💙 is one of my favorite activities. I used to really lean on it so much, esp when I was going through difficult times, bcs the dream world was completely opposite, cosmic. I like to have an altar near my bed, a white candle sometimes and different herbs there. The other day I picked some wild black sage and it was really fragrant 🍃 This video was so chill! Thank you ☁️🦋 low key have been slacking & vibes have been funky. Your energy in this video was a literal gift & made me feel so centered 🙏🏼 The other day before bed I was reading about Nephthys & Serket & I think I’m going to incorporate more reading relating to subjects like this, so as to be more open to signs while I’m in the astral 🌌🪐

I'm envious, my nighttime routine is usually just conking out in the middle of trying to have a nighttime routine haha, because I usually reach the end of the day just so exhausted. I have a lot of the same routines as you do, I only remove makeup with oil as well, I use almond oil and toilet paper as well haha. And then I moisturize with only oil also. You have the most beautiful hair. I'm trying to grow mine out after getting a bad chop last year when I asked for a trim and she chopped off my hair and gave me short layers instead. I'm never going to let a hair dresser touch my hair again haha.

Thanks for another beautiful video, you are so generous to share your routines and give us the access to experience our own versions of them. Do you watch TV, I have a bad habit of watching TV until I go to bed. I like to train myself to read or do something else. My current night routine is to watch TV and relax in bed, than wash my face and teeth and rest a little longer watching TV in dimmed light, get a hot water bottle for my bed and than go the toilet and go to sleep. I normally stop drinking water an hour before bed. So looking at this I think I need to still do some work on my night time routine.

Hi Karol! Happy new year ✨ it's funny I came across this comment now, as just yesterday Ivo and I where watching t.v at night while drinking a glass of prosecco and I realized it was the first time in over 7 years I was watching t.v past 10pm and having a drink! It felt so good as I never do those things separate (be up past 10, watch t.v nor drink) and making them all at the same time was a first for me in years. I am not drawn to the t.v in general, I could happily live without it, bit Ivo does love watching movies and series so he helps me balance out and not take both my artwork and my spirituality too seriously (which funny enough, I do!) Sending you so much love 🤍✨

@@Caro.Arevalo Thanks for responding, I am over joyed that you read my comment and took time to respond. What you wrote there blew my mind. Not being up past 10pm and not being interested in TV. You are right I think it dose effect your spiritual and creativity watching to much Tv. I used to go to bed at 9:30 pm when I worked as a visual merchandiser and had to catch a train at 5:30am to catch but I have left those good habits slide and it seems like it is time to renew good habits. I am glad you do take some time to relax with a movie once in a while. Thanks as always for your wonderful kind inspiration. Sending you very happy wishes and love this year.
