Great video as always , maybe add the alignment of the rear wheel and the chain tension adjustment as that will be needed. Just a few observations. But again, great video

I got Bajaj Avenger 150 cc, it's got 520 pitch chain sprocket kit. Can i install 428 Pitch chain sprocket kit instead of 520.

And yet, not to much on the rivet. Can cause cracks from the hole and out on the 8 plate. But that's like wearing both belt and braces! Thought I should mention it though. :-) Greetings from a windy Denmark. (+3)

Maybe a silly question, but how do you mushroom those pins after you change the chain? Is it part of that chain breaker kit?
@CafeRacerGarage5 жыл бұрын
This is not a silly question, In fact, its a very good question, depending on your tool you can do it with the tool just by tightening it up using the correct pin required, I'm no expert and I'm still learning myself :)
@sanderpannekoek65565 жыл бұрын
There are multiple options in the tool selection if you want to do it yourself i would defenetly consider buying a tool were you have got to hit a pin witch has a splitted open end to make the muhroom. I am going to look one up for

www.ebay.com/itm/Motorcycle-Bike-Chain-Breaker-Splitter-Link-Riveter-Universal-Set-Riveting-Tools-/292619397554 In my oppinion this kind of tool works great for splitting the old chain ann mushrooming the new one

Did you break that nut loose off cam lol. Never had one that easy. D.I.D or Rk?
@CafeRacerGarage5 жыл бұрын
I think I got lucky It wasn't that hard, I'm glad because I have a habit of breaking bolts LOL

3 minutes!? It took me about 6 hours on my Vstrom thanks to a seized front sprocket nut that I had to split and cut off 😱
