I think what you could have elaborated a little bit more on is the way resources are actually deducted in the game as that is super confusing for new players. For anyone who is watching this video and curious about that, this is how resource production works in Northgard: Any positive or negative production that you see displays the amount you gather in 1/6th of a month. Naturally, multiplying the displayed value by 6 tells you how much you gain in 1 month. So as an example: if you want to know if you will survive the winter unscathed, multiply your resource loss by 18 (winter lasts 3 months so 3 x 6 ticks) and check if your current food stockpiles surpass or atleast match that value. Knowing with how much resources you come out of winter is also benefitial to plan the next year, as you now know if you have enough food to colonize the next tile or if you have enough wood to build something new. Another thing worth noting is how vital Kröwn production actually is for your economy. I have seen many new players worry solely about food and wood... which is fair, because it seems like those two dictate if you survive a winter or not BUT Kröwns are almost equal in importance if not more important. Thats because every single building in Northgard has a yearly upkeep cost that is automatically deducted from your Kröwn production. Ever wondered why you suddenly dont make as a much cash anymore? You probably built or upgraded a building that has high upkeep cost, such as the brewery. So keep that in mind when planning your economy. If your territory and building count go up, so does the upkeep cost. You can find the yearly upkeep cost in the top right of the tooltip when you click on a building. Understanding what resource you need when and how to get it is the most important thing in this game. Hope this was helpful :)
