I disagree with the last answer where scholar said that Quranic stories are not literal. When Allah narrates a story by telling that this happened, then we BELIEVE that it happened EXACTLY. Lessons are drawn but we do not EVER نعوذبااللہ Say that Allah is falsifying a madeup story to be an event. If the scholar did not mean what it came across he should clarify. واللہ اعلم In chapter 3, verse 7, Allah Karim says that People with Firm knowledge say "We believe in All (of Quran), Every part is from our Lord". This Dr. clearly said that the Qur'an is in essence to spread knowledge about morality, I loved that he said that. Sadly most muslims nowadays focus more on cheering our religion and disrespecting other people for their beliefs as people do in sports. The Hebrew talmud explain the topic many years before Quran, the idea of if any man kill a soul is as if he has kill the whole humanity.... Quran take the teaching from talmud base on own understanding. Read talmud 37a, 12 below "The proof for this is as we found with Cain, who killed his brother, as it is stated concerning him: “The voice of your brother’s blood [demei] cries out to Me from the ground” (Genesis 4:10). The verse does not state: Your brother’s blood [dam], in the singular, but rather: “Your brothers blood [demei],” in the plural. This serves to teach that the loss of both his brother’s blood and the blood of his brother’s offspring are ascribed to Cain. The mishna notes: Alternatively, the phrase “your brother's blood [demei],” written in the plural, teaches that that his blood was not gathered in one place but was splattered on the trees and on the stones. The court tells the witnesses: Therefore, Adam the first man was created alone, to teach you that with regard to anyone who destroys one soul from the Jewish people, i.e., kills one Jew, the verse ascribes him blame as if he destroyed an entire world, as Adam was one person, from whom the population of an entire world came forth. And conversely, anyone who sustains one soul from the Jewish people, the verse ascribes him credit as if he sustained an entire world.

What a lie.. the Bible doesn’t say Cain took his wife but knew his wife.. meaning that he must have got there already married… and one possibility he might have took one of his sister with him.
@Eric-z6i4p2 жыл бұрын
For thousands of years through the bible until the crucifixion of Christ, God has demanded a blood sacrifice for the atonement of sins. When Adam sinned against God, it was God who sacrificed an innocent animal’s blood to atone for Adam’s sin and to cover his nakedness. Adam used fig leaves, but God gave him animal skins. Cain killed his brother Abel because God accepted Abel’s offering of a blood sacrifice, but rejected Cain’s offering without the blood. In Christianity, we have the blood of Jesus Christ on the cross as the final and perfect sacrifice for sin for all of mankind. Your rituals (doing good deeds, giving Zakah to the poor, praying five times a day, visiting Kaaba, etc.) are noble acts, but they are like the offering given by Cain without the blood, an offering that God has already rejected.
@Neko.Virtual2 жыл бұрын
If Jesus resurrected three days after his "death" then he didn't really die on the cross, if Jesus was divine then there's no point of a sacrifice since god doesn't die, God sacrificed an animal for Adam not himself...

Christians were very rare in the Arab Peninsula. Yet Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) supposedly came out with same Biblical stories with the Quranic interpretation of them out of nowhere, right? @@theishmaelitecaesar6431 Easily refuted. The Quran is more likely written by some 6th century Syrian Christian heretic.
