​Most of Chicago apartment buildings are vintage. She shows mostly newer box apartments because she works more downtown and for rental brokers that's where they make$$. Many vintage buildings don't pay broker commissions.​@@BestHomesChicago

It’s also just because I live downtown (south loop and previously river north) so those areas are my bread and butter. But I love the vintage style walk ups too!
