First of all dunks are so rare in the WNBA that they are black swan events. Caitlin Clark doesn’t dunk because she can’t dunk. Secondly she is a middle of the road player right now. If it weren’t for all the hype train you would not know who she is. She is nowhere near the best player in the league. Highlights aren’t game play. She is actually the third best player on HER team right now. If she doesn’t give into the BS hype she can actually be the best player in the league in a couple of years. But there are no MJs, AI’s, Kobe’s or Shaq’s in the WNBA. They have to play basketball within a system. Bully ball and ball hogging simply doesn’t work there. You are never going to see one girl take over a game and score 70 or 80. It is a different game and requires different skills.
