I don’t think other sports games will affect the Fever game numbers too much. Lots of sports fans left when teams started kneeling & disrespecting not just our anthem but the American flag & even their own Country. Eventually it morphed into a hatred of all things USA including the die hard fans that happened to love America. We became the enemy for some reason. So a lot of people just said enuf. Caitlin Clark has changed that & I think the numbers will only go up regardless of who she’s up against. Caitlin is nothing like these super entitled athletes everything about her makes us all proud. I don’t see much of anything standing in her way except the fact that the media has lengthened her name to Caitlin Clark plus DEI player Angel Reese.

Clark is the only player who can attract the audience and $$$ to watch a game. I saw prices for the Sky games against other teams and mostly in the $250 range for good seats. I saw several for when the Fever come procedure in the thousands. Court side seats over $6000. No doubt they want to see Clark.
