It's about the only sports league in America that has the reputation for using it's platform to push that narrative. It's all about the team, believing in her teammates, etc. But the last quarter episode was calling for someone in the Fever lineup to take over the game as the Sky was getting runs after runs. I think, right or wrong, Clark should have taken over in the times the Sky was closing the gap. Had I seen that at least I know the coach did something to stop the bleeding, so to speak.

I saw most of the game and the last 2 minutes of the game and I didn't like the way it ended. I come to the conclusion that the Indiana Fever is a young team and like young teams they will need to learn how to finish out games. Also, young teams are still learning certain things in their game as they play each and every game on their schedule. The players must learn by their mistakes and store this information as they move forward. Now, about the coaches, who should be qualified to coach in the first place, they owe it to themselves and their players to win the games that they play. If they neglect to do this, then they should resign and let someone who is more qualified to take over.

Caitlin is playing at an all star level. Everyone outside of Boston can’t keep up. Worse is everyone seems intent on trying to shine because of the extra attention CC brings. Know. Your. Roles. Winning doesn’t seem to be a priority for many players or coach. Iowa overachieved because everyone played their role to perfection. A 3-4 shot/gm player wasn’t jacking up 15 shots when their role was 3&D. Set screens. Be ready to shoot in rhythm when wide open. Does this coach want to win? Keep her job? All offense should be run through CC.

Well ,I am a big fan of Clark, but these post game interviews are becoming redundant and disingenuous. However, I do not any way out of it. You cannot really believe she is ok with the role she is playing. the answer are the same almost every time... If I am CC. I looked to be benched. This Coach, the offensive strategy, her role on the team is affecting her. Even if she chooses not to see it. Her body language, the constant scratching her elbows and shoulders and touching her face are all indications deep down inside, she is hurting. She in a box. Because of the way she was raised it appears she will just grin and bear it. Unlike Reese to her benefit lets it out. And if the coach doesn't change her coaching philosophy this season is gone, and CC will be ready for the pasture. Hopefully, her father, who she has spoken so highly about will step-in. He has the power because CC can sit ride the season out and then play somewhere else next year if things don't change. She is the one filling the seats. but not for much longer if CCs role doesn't change. OH, she can finish with a respectable season but almost any player with skill can just be one of the team.

Caitlin did not take the final shot, because it was the coaches decision. And why should she take the final shot, when the ball is not being put in her hand more often during the game? Mitchell is part of the problem, rather than pass the ball, she goes up for shots whether she makes them are not. That coach should have been given a pink slip when she left the court. You do not blow a huge lead and let the opponent Free Throw their way to victory.

If something were to happen to CC, the WNBA would go back to it's dismal high school attendance again. CC has Class the league does not deserve. Even a Fan can see Coach Sides bless her heart needs a coach.
