Ty Marie and of course that is part of our own decision we have made. That is what me and my family and close friends are up to now... setting up to spend money more wisely. We want no more political agendas in sports or entertainment. Until then...if ever, we don't bother w sports or other entertainment involving sell outs. We getting back to boating...golfing... ..swimming and bikeing/hiking instead and it will be great to get back to more healthy family and friend activities again. Man it's like you expressed my feelings exactly. I don't vote and I don't do politics period, I don't trust any of them from either party and I avoid politics at all cost, it's just a means to divide us. I signed up to watch her play the amazing style of ball she plays, I did not sign up to listen to political agendas or a bunch of manufactured racism against one fanbase. Accusations from a lot of people who made a lot of baseless claims without any proof at all. I also agree there is a compromising of oneself to get those mega deals, probably why Nike had not released her shoe. I sure hope you’re wrong with what you’ve said. I would like CC to explain how she feels she has privilege, because her first statement was she had earned everything she had gotten. I like to think her comments about lifting the black women was more to the media and potential endorsement deals, remember she tried to get players spot bonuses from the sold out crowds. I also wonder why it seems to be expected that she has to mention former players in the league, what other players in any league mention past players for building the league. If anybody should be thanked it should be the NBA for contributing the money they contribute. The league should look back, from what I understand the league used to sell out and had lots of fans, What happened? Why did they leave? I personally believe if they dropped the, “Were an activist league”, would help. Finally, I hope before the start of next season, that CC doesn’t say anything controversial and this blows over.
