As a black woman, I find Hill’s comment racist. Clark’s numbers are being compared to Steph Curry. If you look at just the numbers and not the person….CLARK IS A BETTER PLAYER THAN THOSE COMING IN THE LEAGUE. If the other players are feeling how Hill explained….work harder. Black People…we are NOT victims in 2024, stop.

Numbers don’t mean anything without any championships individuals don’t win championships teams do that is something that you should always keep in mind and if you don’t believe it just ask Allen Iverson,Jim Kelly and many other great professional athletes who have outstanding careers but no championship to show for it even Caitlin Clark said she would rather have traded all of her college accomplishments for chance to have won 2 back to back NCAA women’s basketball 🏀 championships

@@gambler270 No. "Lots" of people do NOT watch the WNBA! The average "pre-Caytlin" attendance last year was under 1,200 people a game...all markets. The NBA has graciously subsidized the WNBA to the tune of TENS of millions of dollars just so they can pay the arena rental fees and coaches. Now, with Caitlyn playing, it's a sell out crowd every game, EVERY arena in which she plays. I've watched CC for years.... I've watched five WNBA games to watch CC... the level of play in the WNBA is AWEFUL. Pathetic. Poor defense, poor shooting, poor playmaking and aweful coaching. A good Jr. High boys team would slaughter the WNBA champs!

I don't think so. I started following the Wnba due to Clark and Reese in college.. I was a NBA, NFL and MLB type of guy.. watching the game..I have learned more about other players in the league.. like the Aces for example and truth be told I actually enjoy the Wnba more so than NBA..not as many 3s chucked up and very little ISo ball.. however we have to remember CC appeals to the majority.. due to her looking like them & she's safe.. and that's normal.. we gravitate towards what's familiar.. but no if Clark was black she won't have as MUCH appeal.. BUT on the flip side.. if Reese was white and carried herself the exact same way she does... She won't have the appeal Clark has either.. Clark is "safe".. someone you would want your daughter to become or emulate... The league may have had that prior.. but they were marketed correctly.. the league did come off kinda " Studdly" respectfully and that's a turn off to middle America.. whom sponsors try to capture.

The major sports from nfl , nba to college sports are majority black athletes and they are beyond successful. 27 years of charity league losing money must be because of the 70+% black players then...🤔 Or is it their lack of being able to do layups at a reasonably high % ?

Let’s put this in perspective. Clarck has played 1/2 a season, she leads in only one category (turnovers), has won nothing of significance, and she’s on a losing team, yet many of you are calling her “the greatest of all time “. That doesn’t make sense in ANY sane world. Like it or not, Jamel is right. There is no way she would be getting this kind of recognition if she were not white. Truth hurts, deal with it. Ya’ll remember Tim Tebow?

Clark brought her millions strong fan base from Iowa to the Fever. Clark’s merch sold out at lightening speed. Clark’s card sold for $10K. Clark gets sold out games and millions of viewers. She is marketable because she is a phenomenal player! Unfortunately she has to suffer a bunch of jealous, mean girl fools acting like adolescent brats some of whom are feigning racism instead of dealing with the fact that CLARK is enormously popular! Their comments should consist of welcome, great game, and freaking THANK YOU Caitlin!

This Caitlin Clark hate is ridiculous. Have the detractors seen her play? The girl's a baller, and she's bringing attention to a league that has been ignored for so long. They should be grateful for that. I also think that Angel Reese going into the league was a big deal too because people want to see the two of them renew their rivalry on a professional level.

Thankyou God Caitlyn Clark didn't take much advice from the veterans she brought her own approach and it works. But as expected Majority of not ALL female announcers hate her so much.
