You are moving the goal post a rebound is a rebound she doesn't get uncontested shots so there's always one or two people there if she goes up and get a rebound from a miss that's the other person's fault for letting her get it. I saw some video claiming that 33% of the new viewers are because of Clark. If that’s true, that means that 67% are not because of Clark. She also gets more marketing and promotion and nationally televised games than anyone else. You should post the numbers of nationally televised non-Fever games as well just to put things in perspective. How many views did the Aces game get this weekend? I believe that a game they had earlier this year on one of the major networks had around 1.5 million viewers. So, it’s not just Caitlin. And the Sky isn’t promoted at all and get no nationally televised games, yet the Sky still has a higher valuation than the Fever.

It’s obvious when you look at news reports of her games and get a look at the crowd. The kids asks their parents to go and the whole family goes out to see the game. This is in direct contrast with the WNBA in general whose fan base is mostly older males.
