I have to agree that the first thing the Fever need to do is fire Sides and Dunn. I don't care who you trade or acquire, Christy Sides is in over her head and is not capable of realizing the full potential of the talent (CC, AB, KM) the Fever already have. We saw that rear its ugly head again in the play offs. KM reverted back to ball-hog dribbler and choked at the end of game 2 and CS was paralyzed and CC had to challenge the refs. The Fever continue to be out coached by teams like Lynx, Aces, and Sun. Also Sides has done terrible job of grooming her bench. The Fever are not hurting for talent. They have two first pick drafts (AB and CC) and a 2nd pick (KM) -- an embarrassment of riches and they should be already be a championship contender.

Of course they made the playoffs, but that is due to the golden three CC, AB, and KM, not the coach. I think it is very important to consider what is going to happen when they tear up the current CBA and make a new one. It may make draft picks become more valuable if first round picks have a cap. I guess the price for Sabally will be very high.
