You know, you really inspired me to become vegan. It's an idea I had in my head for nearly a decade, but now im finally doing it. I have to say the more I get involved with the vegan community the more appreciative I am of your videos. You are so nice and compassionate in comparison to some of the rude encounters I've had in certain groups. You've helped me to try not to be an "angry" vegan, because I'm really interested in being compassionate to all life, not just the ones I agree with 💕

I just made the cookies and they were soo good!! I made an ice-cream sandwich with the non dairy ben and jerrys coconut seven layer bar and it was very satisfying. Thanks for the great recipes!

The sunflower seed butter from Trader Joe's is excellent. I would never have thought of using it to make fudge. Very creative recipes.

if you slightly tap the fudge mold on the countertop a few times, it actually evens out the surface very easily and nicely :)

I just made these cookies and they are DELICIOUS! I just had problems with the measurements, as we are using grams, so the texture turned out a lot different. But I also replaced the sunflower seed butter with peanut butter and the plant milk with homemade apple sauce (we ran out of milk). But they are sooo good, best ones I've made so far! Thanks a lot ❤️🍪

Thank you for this! I was allergic to coconut (and the entire palm family, which includes dates), and this is exactly what I needed. I use past tense because when I moved from the states, my allergies left. Far out! Thank you so much mate.

I tried to make the chocolate cherry truffles and they tasted amazing!! Fun snack after a meal! Very recommended!!♥️👌 i had some struggle covering it with the chocolate because it was to thick for my taste, if you have any advice for improving this method (I tried it with the spatula and by using two tablespoons - too messy) I would love to hear!
