Also Danke. Danke für deine Videos, deine Rezepte, und deine Vibes

I've lived with the same on & off for my entire life. And depression. I've found that meditation helps me calm my mind. Listening to Joe Dispenza, Wayne Dyer and Bashar aka Darryl Anka and them teaching how to have positive thoughts, loving yourself, and mostly finding gratitude in everything has helped so much. I feel like a human for the first time in more than 20 yrs. Dispenza gives the scientific version of meditation & controlling your thoughts, Wayne Dyer I think believes in Christianity, Bashar is himself, he's my favorite. I really hope you get better and live a joyful and prosperous life.

Hi Mina, I am Stella from Greece and I wanted to tell you how amazing your recipes are and also share a recipe for a vegan gooey chocolate cake I came up with the other day. It is very easy and delicious! Into a large mixing bowl add 3 cups of all purpose flour, 3 Tablespoons baking powder,6 Tablespoons cacao powder, 1 teaspoon baking soda, 1 cup of sugar of choice, vanilla extract to taste, 2 Tablespoons orange zest,a pinch of salt, 1 cup of sunflower seed oil, 2 Tablespoons of vinegar and 2 cups of water. Devine evenly into muffin cups or soufle tins (this makes a HUGE batch) and bake at 180 degrees Celsius for about 20-22 minutes for the ultimate melty experience. Serve with some vegan ice cream on top and perhaps the caramel sause you shared today. Hope you try it. Enjoy!

My dad used to make chocolate banana in the oven. So here's the recipe for that - slit a banana/banas down the middle - put chocolate squares into the cut gap/s - put into oven until the banana peel turns black if you will (perhaps 200°C shouldn't take too long) - Then serve with a little bit of ice cream on the side which is obligatory

You mean you don't peel the banana? Sorry, never heard about this but I want to try it so I need to do it the right way😅
@eelllieeee3 жыл бұрын
@@calatheaflamestar4924 You don't peel the banana just cut it down the middle (not all the way down) to create a space for the chocolate and into the oven. Then you just spoon out the goodness. Good luck (:

hi!! could you please try this recipe? it uses eggs but it's still so goodd giant pancake ingredients: 3 1/2 scoops of vegan vanilla ice cream ( you can use any flavor ), 1 cup of pancake mix, 3/4 cup of almond/oat milk recipe: take your ice cream when it's really cold but not rock hard. whip until it's volume triples in size. in another bowl, mix the pancake mix and the milk together. then, add the pancake mix to the ice cream and whip until fully incorporated. put the batter in a greased rice cooker and baking until a toothpick is inserted and it comes out clean. if you don't have a rice cooker, then bake in the oven. enjoy!!

some really easy recipes peanut butter cookies ingredients - 1 cup of peanut butter - 1 cup of sugar - 1 teaspoon of baking soda - 1/2 cup of nut milk add some chocolate if you want mix it all together, it should make a dough roll them into little balls and press down with a fork pre-heat at 350 for 10-13 min strawberry milk - strawberries - soy or oat milk smush up the strawberries, cut up a few into chunks, add them into the milk and shake it. frozen yogurt ice-cream - fruits (I would recomend strawberries and banana, mango and pinapple, or a variety of berries) - any non dairy milk -ice -soy yogurt just blend up all the ingredients then put them into a tray and place them into the freezer for a day.

I feel like she thinks maple syrup is healthier but I don’t think they are much different
@kenzaghodbane58903 жыл бұрын
If you are interested by the topic I really recommend Ann Reardon’s video about « Debunking TikTok Healthy desserts ». She goes in depth about the science of each sugars and sugar alternatives and explains a lot but also very easy to understand. If you don’t here’s the bottom line that I learned from it : Agave syrup has a low glycemic index because it has low glucose content and therefore doesn’t make your blood sugar spike like straight glucose. That being said, glucose is actually the simplest form of sugar our bodies can absorb and use. The main molecule it contains is fructose which is a sugar that our body cannot absorb as easily as glucose and that has to be processed in the liver to be absorbed into our bloodstream and be used by our bodies. When consumed in low quantities (such as in fruits), fructose can be processed into glucose and therefore be fine for us. But when consumed in larger quantities, it can actually be turned into fats by the liver and increase chances of heart failure and other potentially fatal consequences. The best sources of glucose (which our bodies need) are starches such as pasta and rice noodles and wholesome breads… She ended up saying that there is not really a better sugar alternative and as Abbey Sharp says « Sugar is Sugar is Sugar ». If you want to use something in baking my personal opinion would just be to use regular sugar or maple syrup. I hope that explains it better for you ! Have a lovely day
