I just made this recipe and tried to follow your instructions exactly but I think you may have meant 2TSP for each seasoning vs 2TB because the 2TB of each is way too much seasoning and I ain't afraid of salt/heat at all but this was too much. Did you mean 2tsp? It is a great recipe and I will try it again 😊

Yes, sis 2 Tablespoon but, you can adjust accordingly 😉 the seasoning will wash off a little once you add the egg and butter milk to the fish but, you can definitely use 2 tsp.

What kind of flour to use? Also you're saying use butter but you're saying Country Crock they are very different and butter reacts differently. Don't get me wrong I love the recipe and I'm going to steal the concept though I'll probably oven fry the fish I'll possibly use skim milk and yogurt and I will use real butter and habanero peppers. I cook my noodles in fish stock. A lot of the reasons I don't have some of the things you're talking about in the quantity that you're talking about I'm only cooking for one so often I make half a recipe. I will follow you I'm inspired thank you

All praises thank you, I use Country Crock it melts very nicely and you need that when the sauce for Mac and cheese but, adjust the recipe accordingly 😉 to what you have. Let me know over baked fish is probably really good 👍.The flour I used is a Louisiana chicken fried / spicy you can get it at Walmart, or any grocery store hope that helps 🥰If you cannot find it just use All Purpose Flour and just season your flour .
