Hello. It's my first time to your channel and I'm happy with what I see. You guys have everything it takes to make it in this industry. One thing that's important is removing the clippings and trash from the property. I do understand that in this case the property is abandoned. You cleaned up the front yard as you would for a paying customer. Don't cut corners just because it's free. (Back yard shrub trim; no need for a manicure; just clean it up a bit. Patio; blow off the leaves; again, nothing fancy needed.) I'm excited to watch some of your previous videos and since I have subscribed with notifications, I look forward to seeing what's to come.
