You can correct your posture, by simply using a wall in your home. You stand up against a wall, with your backside against the wall. In addition, make sure you are standing against it all the way with your hands down perpendicular to your body and the wall. Yiu have to firce your back, shoulders and feet to stay against the wall all the way. It will be difficult in the beginning, but over time you will see and feel the results. While doing this physical therapy type of technique, do so at least 10 minutes a day. Try to hold your position, on and off as long as possible during these 10 minutes or more. Eventually you will be able to hold the position, the whole ten minutes. This will straighten you out I guarantee you.
