Please take a consideration on my request. It's very important regarding promotion of master cadre. lecturer cadre ਵਿੱਚ promotion ਲਈ b.Ed ਵਿੱਚ teaching subject ਅਤੇ b.a. ਵਿੱਚ ਵੀ same subject ਲਿਆ ਹੋਵੇ ਜਿਸ ਵਿੱਚ promotion ਲੈਣੀ ਹੈ। ਨਹੀਂ ਤਾਂ sir lecturer cadre ਵਿੱਚ promotion , ਸਿਰਫ science masters ਦੀ ਹੁੰਦੀ ਰਹਿਣੀ ਕਿਉਕਿ science masters , arts ਵਾਲੇ subject ਦੀ ਪੋਸਟ graduation kar k ਆਪਣੇ subject ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਨਾਲ ਆਰਟਸ ਵਾਲੇ subjects ਵਿੱਚ promote ਹੁੰਦੇ ਰਹਿਣੇ ਤੇ arts subjects ਵਾਲਿਆ ਨਾਲ ਤੇ ਬੱਚਿਆ ਨਾਲ਼ ਇਹ ਬੇਇਨਸਾਫ਼ੀ ਹੋਵੇਗੀ। ਇਸ ਦਾ ਸਭ ਤੋਂ ਵੱਡਾ ਕਾਰਨ ਇਹ ਹੈ ਕਿ science ਵਾਲਿਆ ਨੇ b.ed ਵਿੱਚ teaching of history ਜਾ teching of English ਨਹੀਂ study ਕੀਤਾ ਹੁੰਦਾ ਓਹਨਾ ਨੇ teaching of physics, teaching of chemistry ਜਾ teaching of math ਪੜਿਆ ਹੁੰਦਾ। ਸੌ ਜੋ ਬੰਦਾ history ਜਾ English ਦੀ ਪੜਾਉਣ ਦੀ ਵਿਧੀ ਹੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਜਾਣਦਾ ਉਹ history ਜਾ English ਨੂੰ lecture ਬਣ ਕੇ ਕਿਵੇਂ ਪੜਾ ਸਕਦਾ ਉਹ ਤਾਂ ਸਿਰਫ physics, chemistry ਜਾ math ਹੀ ਪੜਾ ਸਕਦਾ। ਤੇ ਇਕ ਪੁਆਇੰਟ ਹੋਰ ਹੈ,direct recruitment ਜਦੋਂ ਹੁੰਦੀ ਹੈ lectures ਦੀ ਤਾ ਓਸ ਵਕਤ ਵੀ b.ed ਵਿੱਚ ਲਏ teaching of history ਜਾਂ teaching of English ਨੂੰ ਹੀ consider ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਂਦਾ English ਜਾ history ਦੇ lectures ਲਈ ਅਤੇ ਦੂਸਰੇ promotion rules ਵਿੱਚ ਦੇਖੋ ਕਿਵੇਂ ਆਰਟਸ ਵਾਲਿਆ ਨਾਲ discrimination ਕੀਤੀ ਹੈ please see screenshots ਕਿ science/math lecturer ਲਈ b.ed teaching subject science/maths ਜਰੂਰੀ ਹੈ ਪਰ English/Punjabi/history/political science lecturers ਦੀ promotion ਲਈ b.ed ਵਿੱਚ teaching of English /Punjabi/history/Hindi/ political science ਜਰੂਰੀ ਨਹੀਂ। ਦੋ rules ਕਿਵੇਂ ਹੋ ਸਕਦੇ ਏਕ department ਵਿੱਚ, ਜੋ ਕੇ ਸਰਾਸਰ ਗ਼ਲਤ ਹੈ so ਮੇਰੀ ਤੁਹਾਡੇ ਅੱਗੇ humble request ਹੈ ਕੇ ਜੋ rule direct recruitment of lectures ਲਈ ਹੈ ਉਹੀ rule promotion ਲਈ ਕਰਕੇ English,history,Punjabi, Hindi, political science ਦੇ candidates ਨਾਲ ਇਨਸਾਫ਼ ਕਰੋ ਇਨਸਾਫ਼ ਦੀ ਆਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਤੁਹਾਡਾ ਵਿਸਵਾਸਪਤਰ ਆਰਟਸ ਸਬਜੇਕਟ ਮਾਸਟਰ

Sir mai 92 ch MA Hindi karke fer bed teaching of Hindi mistress appoint hoi but manu abhi tak promotion hi nai mili mai toh 97toh Hindi teacher haite hoon January 2025 ch retire ho jana Bina promotion toh
