First time seeing the video, and I'm impressed by the brilliant sad humor of a meter reader pouring out his heart alone while doing day-into-night drudgery, giving out tickets to those who are actually living. This kind of video shows off his quirky and very smart storytelling that pervades the lyrics in his albums... and so many people who don't take the time to really seek meaning in Cake's lyrics dismiss them, but they're actually quite masterful.
