💛6 eggs.
💙 Carefully separate the egg white from the yolk.
💚Add a pinch of salt to the egg white.
🧡Start beating with a mixer.
💜1 teaspoon lemon juice.
💛200 g powdered sugar.
💜Beating 5-7 minutes.
🧡 to stable peaks.
💛add vanillin, 40 g cornstarch.
💙Mix well until smooth.
🧡Distribute evenly on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.

💚 Sprinkle with flaked almonds.
💙 Bake 50 minutes at 150 C.
💛Cut some strawberries.
💚250 g cream cheese, 100 g condensed milk.
💛 250 gr cold cream for whipping.
💜Cream is ready.

💚Put it in the fridge for a few hours.
💙 Decorate as you like.

After the cake came out of the oven, I would roll it on the parchment to give it some "muscle memory". So when you fill it would make it easier to roll. It looks delicious!!! Probably would be great with other fruit too!! Like peaches, maybe?

How can this be “cake in 5 minutes” when you beat it for about 15, bake it for 50 minutes and beat the cream for an additional 15, assembly takes about 20 and then refrigerate takes a few hours? Should’ve been more honest.

But, PLEASE stop adding things to your TITLES like, "cake in 5 minutes"...#1 It's NOT true... #2 It's not NECESSARY. Your BAKING SKILLS are so EXCEPTIONAL that you needn't be concerned that people won't want to take the TIME required to LEARN what you're presenting. Because as someone in the States it's a true PRIVILEGE to be given a lesson in how to bake like a real EUROPEAN!
