INGREDIENTS 🇮🇹:
Eggs 4 pieces
Butter at room temperature 100 g.
Sugar 70g/2.5oz.
vanilla sugar 5 g
Milk 60ml/2 fluid ounces.
Flour 150 g.
Baking powder 10g/0.35oz.
36 x 24 cm mold with baking paper.
4 egg whites.
Sugar 180 g.
Juice of 1/2 lemon.
Almond flakes 60 g/2 oz.
Bake at 170°C/340°F for 25-30 minutes.
Whipping Cream 33% 200ml / 6.7 fl oz.
Powdered sugar 90g/3oz.
Cream Cheese 300g/10.5oz.
