Cake with leek and quail eggs🥧🌱🥚🍳🧀
Ingredients:
Layered dough - 1 sheet
Leek leek - 1 stem
Creamy butter - 20-30g
Quail eggs - 15 pcs
Mozzarella - 50-70g
Salt / pepper / spices - to taste
Cooking:
Dough is taken out of its packaging on a flour-sprayed table. Defrost according to the instructions and at the same time prepare the filling. We rinse the leek well from the sand and cut it into rings. Fry in a pan with a small amount of oil. When the onions brown, add a piece of butter (it will betray the delicate butter taste). Salt, mix well. Leave the filling to cool down. Roll out the dough in one direction into a layer of ~5 mm thick. Wrap the dough around the rope and transfer it to the baking mould. Straighten and cut the edges. Place the filling on the dough. We make onions with holes under eggs. In each well we break one egg. You can season with spices to taste. Bend the edges to the center. Cheese three on a large grater. Spread the edges of the pie (on the dough) and lightly spread it in the middle. Bake in a heated oven at t-180 ~ 20 minutes. We take out the pie, let it cool down and put it on the dish. Very tasty both hot and cold 😋
