Thank you for preserving this moment for the ages. I saw it when it happened, and it seemed that Annie was concerned about the behavior of the chick that was about to launch a poozooka. The chick did do a bit more "prep" than usual before the poop launch, which caught Annie's attention. In this case, though, that attention backfired (well, the chick "backfired" and Annie suffered the consequences). I love that Annie took the whole thing in stride, even as she had poop dripping down her face. Thanks for another delightful video! I like to think we were all laughing with Annie!

I saw this earlier, and was sure it must’ve been Archie, Annie is usually far too clever for that. Are you certain it is Annie? Like others have said, I’m guessing it’s the banding trauma. ❤

Apparent weirdness. Unless mom may've been inspecting something specific, something along the edge of the backboard or on the rear side of the chick? But, even then, she's slow & imprecise. Dazed? So uncharacteristic of her. Enebriation? 😜 Drugs? Something toxic or slightly poisonous she ate? Seriously. I mean, she's been thru bandings before. So, WTH indeed. As you've implied, SKH, it's anyone's guess.
