@bighungry34 TO be fair I think Jon has only been lifting for 2-3 years or so. I could be wrong, but I"m pretty sure top lifters from other countries have been lifting since they were adolescents or before that

Jon is a strong lifter (he's a national champion remember) and he has a good attitude. Why the hell should he be quiet in the weight room? Because he doesn't lift what you think he should to be louder? Get over yourself.

@bighungry34 Well I agree with you there. Huster would jump around like a mad man, but he was one of the top 2 lifters of his era. I am excited to see how Jon progresses though. I hope he breaks the American records and works towards world class lifts in the future.

@bighungry34 who are you and who is your coach? His after lift antics are funny plain and simple. He trains hard and is having fun with his lifting. I don't want to watch a robot lift, you can see that anytime. I want to see someone really having fun with their lifting and lifting big weights. I want to see someone with passion. I only speak for myself, not the rest of the English team. Why would they laugh?! He isn't killing any kittens...
